This ASPECĀ® system maximizes throughput for small- to large-volume solid phase extraction (SPE) applications by processing four samples in parallel with positive pressure elution. With its small footprint, multiple probes, and out-of-bed sample processing, it is the ideal choice for high-throughput SPE automation for the isolation of trace contaminants in water. Combined with ASPEC SPE Cartridges, it generates reproducible and efficient sample cleanup for environmental testing and research labs.

Positive Pressure for Reproducible Extractions
Positive pressure extraction with unique sealing cap design increases reproducibility from sample to sample. The syringe pump delivers accurate volume dispensing and full control of sorbent drying.

Smart Design for Maximized Performance
Large bed capacity for processing up to 32 samples unattended. The mobile racks accommodate 3, and 6 mL SPE polypropylene cartridges and enable segregated waste for aqueous and organics. The large volume samples (up to 2 liters) are lodaded via the Valvemate selection valves. The syringe pump manages volumes from 1ml to 10 mL with high accuracy and precision, allowing the transfer of eluted fractions in sealed injection vials.

Intuitive Error Handling for Trusted Results
The syringe pump pressure-sensing module provides error handling for high cartridge pressure or clogged liquid lines and monitors pressure on each fluid path individually. Optional jet wash rinse stations minimize carryover and cross contamination.
