New ISO17025 accreditation for RAMCON´s pipette service

We are pleased to announce that RAMCON, after a thorough and detailed examination from SWEDAC (an accreditation body), have passed the requirements for the ISO17025 accreditation. This, in other terms, means that RAMCON now have an accredited pipette testing and calibration laboratory that meets the demands of tomorrow. RAMCON´s Managing director of Sweden, Norway and Finland, Mikael Hollmark, has this to say about RAMCON´s newest achievement:

“This enormous accomplishment, from the whole RAMCON organization, is in line with our continuous focus on constantly improving and meeting future customer demands as well as contributing to the overall growth journey that RAMCON is currently on”. 

In addition, this accreditation displays that RAMCON are technically competent, employ skilled personnel and have high-quality equipment in order to consistently produce valid and robust results, services, and calibration of various products in the laboratory in Stockholm. It further means that the laboratory utilizes defined procedures and a system of quality control for every step in the service process. RAMCON´s Service and Quality Manager, Peter Andersson, has this to say about the accreditation:

“The ISO17025 accreditation process was long and thorough in order to ensure that RAMCON’s laboratory met the high requirements of the standard. The approval of the accreditation demonstrates, once again, RAMCON´s ability and expertise in service…”.
