RAMCON invests in having the resources that are necessary to give our customers the best possible service and support. It is essential for us to deliver as agreed upon and to minimize customer workflow interruptions during equipment installation and maintenance. With more than 70 employees at RAMCON with individual, strong professional backgrounds as well as many years' practical experience we are committed to provide the necessary guidance and support in choosing equipment, installation, training and support. This combined with a close collaboration with all of our suppliers makes us able to provide best in class service and support for our customers.
RAMCON is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, which means that all processes in the company are continuously reviewed, validated and improved. We continuously evaluate delivery times, competences and customer feedback to locate areas of improvement.
We prioritize good communication very highly and see it as crucial part in us being able to deliver the solutions necessary to develop and maintain good customer relations. We use many organizational and management resources to ensure both good internal and external communication. At RAMCON we collaborate across all departments to ensure the best possible projecting, installation and training.
Furthermore, RAMCON has its own warehouse in Denmark where common spare parts and consumer goods are stocked, reducing delivery times significantly.
