We are pleased to announce the RAMCON acquisition of all LabVision AB´s associated activities as of April 14, 2023, expanding our market presence in Sweden and strengthening our Nordic position. With the acquisition RAMCON takes over the distribution of the BMG Labtech portfolio in Sweden and the LabVision Team, which ensures continued high-level knowledge and experience. All LabVision contracts and agreements will be honored by RAMCON.
